Talking to someone, whether it be a friend, family member, counsellor or teacher, can help to relieve any stress or anxiety hugely. By talking about your feelings, how your day has been etc (anything and everything) to someone you trust, you will not only f some relief, but also help to rationalise any worries by discussing them with someone who has a different view point and build on your relationship with them, in whatever form that is.


Youth in Romsey offer a free counselling service to any young people who feel they could benefit from talking to someone. This is totally confidential and can be a really effective way to work through any issues. Drop in to find out more of get in contact, we’d love to hear from you 😊
