Carers Together, in conjunction with local partner organisations, run a number of community cafes, which we call ‘Rendezvous’

They are intended as a place for everyone and anyone to come and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee and a slice of homemade cake, read the paper or sit and chat with our friendly volunteers.

They also offer information and signposting, if needed, on a range of subjects including benefits information and health & wellbeing advice.
